House of Harmony offers structured psychotherapy and supervision that combines depth with pragmatic clarity.
Sessions focus on understanding what is happening beneath the surface, describing patterns, and strengthening capacity.
• Navigating major life changes
• Making grounded decisions
• Repairing relational rupture
• Building emotional regulation and stability

The Practice
House of Harmony is a private psychotherapy and clinical supervision practice based in Brisbane.
I work with individuals, couples, and professionals navigating complexity, transitions, and sustained pressure.
The work is grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy and informed by systemic and trauma-aware frameworks. Sessions are structured and depth-focused, balancing emotional process with practical movement.
Areas of focus include:
• Relationship rupture and repair
• Burnout and professional strain
• Life transitions and identity shifts
• Attachment dynamics and regulation
• Clinical supervision for therapists
This is confidential, direct, and outcome-oriented work.

In a Therapy Session
Life rarely presents as a single problem.
More often, pressures are layered - relational, professional, internal - and intertwined.
A session is a contained space to slow this down.
We identify patterns, examine responses in real time, and clarify what is driving the impasse.
You can expect:
• Clear structure and pacing
• Direct reflection
• Attention to relational dynamics
• Nervous system awareness
• Practical decision support
The aim is clarity, capacity, and responding rather than reacting.

About Alexandra Herzog
I am a Master’s- trained Gestalt Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 15 years of clinical experience.
Originally from Austria, I bring a European clinical training background and an earlier foundation in education into my psychotherapy work. This informs a structured, developmentally aware approach - attentive to how early environments, learning systems, and relational patterns shape adult capacity.
Clients often come to me when they are capable but stuck - navigating separation, professional pressure, identity shifts,
or relational complexity.
My style is relational and direct.
Sessions are structured and depth-focused, balancing emotional process with practical clarity.
I am registered with PACFA and a member of GANZ.
My home office is in Brisbane and I work with clients nationally and internationally online.

What this work focuses on
You may already understand your patterns.
That does not mean they change.
This work focuses on what happens in real time -
in how you think, relate, respond, and hold yourself under pressure.
We look at:
• recurring relational patterns
• attachment dynamics
• how past experience shapes current responses
• what interrupts change, even when insight is present
The aim is not more explanation. It is sustained psychological change.
